A ofensa \u00e9 repudi\u00e1vel e pass\u00edvel de puni\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 importante que o ato seja denunciado aos superiores do Chefe, \u00e0 Copams ou Ouvidoria.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

De forma an\u00f4nima, sugerimos que fa\u00e7a via Ouvidoria, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil, pois a COPAMS atende por e-mail, o que acaba por dificultar o anonimato, exceto se terceiros procederem \u00e0 remessa \u2013 copams@cps.sp.gov.br<\/u>, ou ouvidoria@cps.sp.gov.br<\/u> e ainda no site do CPS \u2013 Ouvidoria<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Com certeza pode, essa conduta \u00e9 uma forma de ass\u00e9dio, desde que o ato ocorra repetitivamente, devendo ser denunciado.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSe um colaborador comissionado sofre ass\u00e9dio moral e posteriormente \u00e9 dispensado. Este ainda pode se sentir no direito de recorrer \u00e0 justi\u00e7a para reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o de algum direito? Ou somente se tratar de dano moral?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
Nas duas hip\u00f3teses, poder\u00e1 pleitear danos materiais e morais na Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho, decorrentes do ato do suposto assediador ou causador do dano moral.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Como podemos agir nesses casos?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
Deve-se relatar aos superiores o caso, para poss\u00edvel indica\u00e7\u00e3o de tratamento, caso sejam problemas psicol\u00f3gicos relacionados \u00e0 conduta.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

O prazo estipulado \u00e9 de 30 dias, podendo ocorrer uma eventual prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, isso no CPS. Ap\u00f3s, o processo vai para a PGE e l\u00e1, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 um prazo fixo, mas todos processos s\u00e3o finalizados e aplicadas as devidas penalidades, se o caso.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Quando recebemos algum e-mail da ouvidoria (n\u00e3o com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 ass\u00e9dio), por exemplo, apesar de a pessoa pedir sigilo, vem o nome e o e-mail da pessoa para respondermos.<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t
Quando o denunciante pede sigilo ou anonimato, o pr\u00f3prio sistema faz o filtro e remete a demanda sem nomes.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Todos tem direito ao contradit\u00f3rio e ampla defesa, sendo que trata-se de quest\u00e3o legal, sendo que a Autarquia observa a regra e cumpre \u2013 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A abordagem deve ser de forma educada e cordial e comunicar ao outrem da exist\u00eancia do problema.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Tem que ser dito o motivo pelo qual o colega n\u00e3o vem ou deveria permanecer em sigilo sendo que em nenhum momento o colega quis falar sobre o real motivo de n\u00e3o ter vindo<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

Em se tratando de caso de doen\u00e7a, o chefe deve respeitar o foro intimo da pessoa. Jamais deve compartilhar informa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o deliciada.
